December 30, 2009

I really meant to blog about this yesterday. I had one piece of rye bread in the fridge, but it had become hard. Since it still looked good, I didn't like throw it out, so I tried an experiment. I crumbled it into pieces, took two eggs, and scrambled everything together. The result was not bad at all; in fact it was almost delicious. Almost.
